In addition, the engine features a grid structure cylinder block and end-ink cast iron body and cylinder head, a high-strength steel crankshaft, high-pressure ratio supercharger, and high-efficiency heat exchange intercooler, all of which work together to create a highly reliable "core" that performs even under extreme conditions.
When it comes to economy and environmental friendliness, the engine is a great energy-saving and eco-friendly option with fuel consumption as low as 185g/kWh, while also meeting non-road stage III and higher standards across the entire series. It also boasts excellent environmental adaptability, maintaining its power levels even at altitudes of 2000m above sea level, with only a 3% loss at 3000m, and functioning well in extremely cold environments with options for water boiler and oil heating as low as -41 + 2℃.
The NVH performance of this engine is exceptional, with a noise level 3dB (A) lower than that of international first-class brands, and it runs quietly and stably. Additionally, the engine features a three-stage fuel filter with a standard water removal and safety filter, making it highly adaptable to various types of oil. The filter element only needs replacement every 500 hours, and the special desert filter can achieve a coarse filtration efficiency of up to 93%, greatly extending the air filter maintenance cycle, while also being convenient and cost-efficient for repair and maintenance.
